Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Pakistan): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.

We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Digitalorbit Networks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
